Terms & Conditions
DriveU Booking Status · Effective 4 November 2026
1. Acceptance
These terms apply to the DriveU Booking Status portal ("Portal") run by DriveU Mobility Solutions Private Limited ("DriveU", "we"). By signing in or using the Portal, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
2. Purpose
The Portal is for authorised people to monitor bookings, record issues on them and download booking reports for DriveU's business operations.
3. Access
- Signing up does not give you access. The admin decides whether to approve each account.
- You must sign in with your own verified Google account and enter the one-time code sent to its email.
- DriveU may refuse, suspend or remove access at any time, including without notice if misuse is suspected.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your Google account and one-time codes private, and do not let anyone else use your access.
- Sign out after use, especially on shared devices.
- Enter issue statuses, remarks and actions honestly and accurately. Your identity is recorded against them.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Prohibited use
- Using the Portal or its data for anything other than legitimate DriveU business.
- Sharing booking, customer or driver data or reports with anyone not authorised to receive them.
- Contacting customers or drivers using Portal data, unless that is part of your authorised work.
- Bypassing security, or scraping or extracting data by automated means.
6. Confidentiality and personal data
Portal data is confidential and includes personal data of customers and drivers. Store downloaded reports securely, delete them when they are no longer needed, and comply with applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. These duties continue after your access ends. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Records of your activity
The Portal records who raised and resolved each issue and when, and these records appear in reports. Your use may also be logged for security and audit.
8. Ownership
The Portal, its data and its reports belong to DriveU or its licensors. You receive only a limited right to use them for the purpose above.
9. Availability and accuracy
The Portal is provided "as is". Data reflects DriveU's systems when it is loaded and may change, and pincodes are taken from addresses and zones so may be missing or inexact. We do not promise that the Portal will always be available or free of errors, so please verify important details before relying on them.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, DriveU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the Portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
